City Clerk's Office
The Clerk’s office is the most multi-faceted department of city government with a wide array of duties and statutory responsibilities providing the professional link between the citizens, the governing body, and agencies of government at all levels. The Clerk has care and custody of the corporate seal and all records of the City, and is also responsible for supervision of elections, licensing, city insurance, Board of Review, and employee benefits and human resource functions. The primary mission of the City Clerk’s Office is to serve the best interests of the people while maintaining neutrality and impartiality, rendering equal service to all.
