MESSAGE FROM FIRE CHIEF TIM ADLER

I am truly honored to be serving the City of Tomah as the Fire Chief for the Tomah Fire Department (TFD). The Tomah Fire Department is committed to preserving lives and property within the City of Tomah in partnership with the community we serve. By working together to enhance the safety and quality of life in our community, we are able to meet the changing needs of those we serve. This website provides details of the many services we provide as well as information regarding the everyday operations and structure of the TFD.

The personnel of the TFD serve with pride through strong public education programs stressing prevention to create a fire safe community. When education and prevention are not enough, the Tomah Fire Department provides the highest quality professional service responding to your needs for fire suppression, specialized rescue operations, hazardous materials incidents and any incidents requiring intervention to solve your emergency and non-emergency situations. Mission Statement

To minimize the loss of life and property from fire and natural disasters for the citizens of Tomah. This is accomplished through the administration of the fire department, fire inspections, fire safety education and training of personnel.
