The City of Tomah - no longer participates in the State of Wisconsin's Revolving Rehab loan program. These services are now provided exclusively by Coulee Cap of Monroe County.

When an application is received and if CDBG Funding is available:
- Eligibility verification process & determination takes an average of 45-60 days
- Eligible applicants wait an average of 3 to 9 months before funding is approved
- Information is verified to determine if the household meets program guidelines
- A home inspection is then completed
- Applicant will be notified of determination of eligibility/approval
