Housing Application Process & Income Limits
When an application is received:
- Application is added to waiting list based on apartment size needed and the date application was received.
- When an apartment becomes available applicant information is verified to determine if the household is eligible.
- Applicant will be either offered an apartment or be denied housing based on verifications.
- Eligible applicants will wait an average of 6 to 24 months before being offered housing
