Commercial and industrial new construction. The permit shall be reviewed by the plan commission and granted or denied in writing within ten days of the review. The permit shall expire within six months, unless substantial work has commenced as determined by the building inspector. Any permit issued in conflict with the provisions of this chapter shall be null and void. Sec. 52-8 (8b)
