Employment

We are currently accepting applications for a patrol officer until October 27, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. To expedite the processing of your Application of Employment, please provide the following information to Administrative Assistant Rhonda Culpitt at rculpitt@tomahwi.gov (608-374-7404):
 

1.    Your date of birth.

2.    A copy of your driver’s license.

3.    A copy of your certificate if you are state certified or certifiable.

4.    A copy of your college transcripts.

5.    A completed DJ-LE-330 form (Link below).

If you are interested in doing a ride along with our agency, please complete the Ride Along form attached below and email it to Lieutenant Jarrod Furlano at jfurlano@tomahwi.gov (608-374-7503).
